My heartiest gratitude to Allah S.W.T, selawat and salam to our great prophet Nabi Muhammad S.A.W.

The Industrial Relations Department of Malaysia has been given the responsibility to create a positive and harmonious industrial relations between the employer, employees and their trade unions. A conducive industrial relations will attract continuous investment from both local and foreign investors. This will in turn lead to opportunities for greater employment for the citizens and at the same time help the country with its economic growth. Through the development of the department's web page, the department intends to spread the latest information and the services that are rendered to the public. We in the department always strive to inform the public of the objectives, role and the achievements of the department. At the same time, I have high hopes that the development of the web page will increase the awareness among the employees of the importance of increasing their knowledge, skills and experience in various fields. Therefore I hope that this web page will act as a catalyst towards an industrialized community that is Excellent, Glorious and Famous as emphasized by the Honourable Prime Minister of Malaysia. Finally I hope that all parties will surf this web page and benefit from it.

Thank You.

Haji Md.Yunus bin Razzaly
Director General Industrial Relations Department Malaysia.
