The Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia<\/span> was established with the aim of fostering and maintaining positive and harmonious relations between employers, employees, and their trade unions to create a peaceful and stable industrial relations environment within the country.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

Memantau perkembangan dan arah aliran (trends) perhubungan perusahaan di dalam negara untuk membantu kerajaan mengkaji Dasar Perhubungan Perusahaan Negara khasnya dan Dasar Buruh Negara amnya dari semasa ke semasa. Menyelaras perhubungan di antara pertubuhan-pertubuhan pekerja untuk memupuk dan memelihara perhubungan kerjasama tiga pihak iaitu di antara kerajaan, majikan dan pekerja dalam bidang perhubungan perusahaan. Menggalakkan dan membantu perjalanan perundingan kolektif dan joint consultation di tempat-tempat pekerjaan untuk mendorong amalan konsep self governance in industry dan konsep musyawarah.Menyediakan khidmat nasihat kepada majikan, pekerja, pertubuhan majikan dan pertubuhan pekerja untuk amalan perhubungan perusahaan yang baik dan sihat.Menyediakan khidmat rundingan damai (conciliation service) untuk mencegah dan menyelesaikan pertikaian dan tindakan perusahaan. Mendamaikan pertikaian yang berbangkit dari representasi pekerja untuk dipulihkan dalam pekerjaan asal mereka. Membantu pekerja untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang berbangkit dari tindakan tidak adil oleh majikan mereka.Mengendali tuntutan pengiktirafan oleh kesatuan-kesatuan sekerja.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><\/div><\/div>

Coordinating relations between employees' organizations to foster and maintain tripartite cooperation between the government, employers, and employees in the field of industrial relations.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\n

To encourage and assist in collective bargaining and joint consultation at the workplace to promote the practice of self-governance in industry and the concept of 'musyawarah' (consultation).<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n\n
