Activity Description

Puan Nor Adurawati binti Moktar, Senior Assistant Director of the Kluang Industrial Relations Department, attended the INTAN Executive Lecture Series (IELS) – Communication Skills for Organisational Excellence, organised by the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Southern Campus (IKWAS). The programme was conducted physically at Dewan Jemerlang, National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), Southern Campus (IKWAS), Kluang, Johor. The course was held from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Among the objectives of the course was to assist public officers in enhancing their communication skills and personal presentation in delivering services more efficiently and effectively.
