JThe Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia , which is entrusted to create a positive and harmonious industrial relations environment between employers, employees, and their trade unions to maintain the investment climate and workers’ wellbeing, hereby pledges to:

To provide appropriate service to every representation or complaint received from employees, employers, and trade unions. |

To increase awareness regarding the rights and obligations under the Industrial Relations Act 1967 and its Regulations among customers. |

To provide conciliation services in a fair and equitable manner. |
04 |
To act immediately and without prejudice upon all industrial actions, such as picketing, strikes, lock-outs, and others. |

To provide advisory services to customers with care and courtesy. |
06 |
To provide feedback for every representation, complaint, and industrial dispute case within 3 working days from the date of receipt. |
07 |
To process and resolve claims for recognition in accordance with legal provisions and regulations once all complete documents are received. |
08 |
To commence investigations into any complaints regarding violations of provisions under the Industrial Relations Act 1967 for law enforcement purposes within 14 days from the date the complaint is received. |
09 |
To execute functions to maintain a harmonious industrial relations environment and to enhance productive, friendly, and quality tripartite cooperation. |
