Section 8 (Union Busting) EMS Module

The handling of complaints under Section 8 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 refers to any grievance regarding unfair treatment or oppression by an employer, an employers’ trade union, or any person against a worker, a workmen’s trade union, or any person, and vice versa, in relation to violations under the following sections:

 

  • Section 4, Act 177 (Rights of workmen and employers)
  • Section 5, Act 177 (Prohibitions on employers and their trade unions)
  • Section 7, Act 177 (Prohibitions on workmen and their trade unions)
