The Role of Industrial Relations Department Related with PLWS

The Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia (DIRM) plays a vital role in creating awareness among employers to enhance productivity through the implementation of PLWS.

 

DIRM collaborates with the Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) in implementing promotional programs. There are several annual programs have been and will be conducted by this Department in an effort to encourage employers to implement PLWS as follows:
