Booth Opening at the Ministry of Human Resources Customer Engagement Programme

Activity Description

The Sarawak Industrial Relations Department was invited to set up a booth at the Customer Engagement Programme held on 20 February 2024 at the grounds of Plaza Merdeka shopping mall. The programme was organised by the Sarawak Department of Labour. The Minister of Human Resources officiated the programme and also met with members of the public during the event. The general objective of the Ministry of Human Resources Customer Engagement Day was to obtain feedback on the services provided by the departments and agencies under the Ministry to their target groups. It also served as a platform to gather suggestions from stakeholders regarding service delivery, with the aim of formulating improvement measures and enhancing the quality of existing services.
