Activity Description

A Memorandum of Agreement concerning reinstatement representations under Section 20 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 was signed between four (4) appellants and the employer, Synthomer Sdn. Bhd., at the meeting room of the Kluang Industrial Relations Department. Both the employees and the employer were briefed on the rights of employees under Section 20 of the Industrial Relations Act 1967, and both parties fully understood the implications of the Memorandum of Agreement signed.
