A briefing and a short practical session were conducted at the Pahang Industrial Relations Department regarding the discontinuation of the use of manual Pos Laju consignment note forms for Pos Laju services, effective 1 January 2024. This implementation applies comprehensively to Government contract customers, Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), companies under the DRB Group, and companies under the AlBukhary Group. This measure is in line with Pos Malaysia’s initiative to digitalise the consignment note generation process through the SendParcel PRO system, in accordance with the aspirations of the Ministry of Communications.
